How do the gates work?
The entrance and exit gates are closed from 10:30pm to 6:00am, ensuring that our neighborhood remains safe and secure.

During closed hours, residents can open the entrance gate via a passcode or a remote opener. You also have the option to open the gate via the CellGate app on your smart device.

After-hours visitors will utilize the CellGate call box to contact residents for gate access. The CellGate technology allows for video and photo review via your cellphone or a simple approval via your home phone.
